A Message from the Club President

Let me start off by saying thank you for checking out the Fairfield High School Interact Club Website. Our high school Interact Club has been around for almost 5 years and is very active in our community. Make sure you look around the site, and if you have any questions don't hesitate to contact our Contact Us page.

Our members participate in community service and some are exposed to business and leadership opportunities also. This allows them to enrich themselves (knowledge, experience), enhance their resumes and applications (college, scholarship, job, etc), and make new friends that they may have not met otherwise. Our community service is not limited to just to our projects, if there are projects or opportunities that you need help with don't hesitate to contact us.

Locally, we volunteer at Serve City food pantry in Hamilton, Fairfield South Elementary for their after-school latchkey program, Fairfield RASKALS, Fairfield’s Pumpkin Patch at Harbin Park, Make a Difference Day, we also Trick or Treat for canned goods every Halloween, and that’s just to name a few.

Internationally, we put on a basketball benefit at the high school in January. This event is created by our members. Everyone volunteers, and the Fairfield Rotary Club works very closely with us, and helps us plan this big even. We are working on some more projects (Internationally) this year, so pleae keep checking the site for more information.

This year we have been asked to hold the Interact District Conference so we are very busy planning this part of our year. We hope to inform other Interact Clubs about how our club functions, and hope to instill some new leadership characteristics in the students. Again, if you have any questions about this contact us.
